Charlie who delivered the car was excellent. He phoned me on Monday evening to give me an ETA and said he would phone the next day when he had picked up the car and be with me approximately an hour later. This was extremely helpful as meant I was able to work around this with a Zoom meeting I had. He asked if there was anything I wanted showing and gave a very in depth run through of all the controls and functions. He said if there were any further questions or issues to give him a ring. Fantastic service from Charlie. I had a new car delivered and chose the enclosed trailer for delivery. I was contacted whilst the car was being collected for Charlie to do an extensive check over the car to ensure it was perfect. I was then sent a link to track my car whilst in transit with updates from Charlie on ETA. When it arrived it looked like it had just rolled out of the showroom, Charlie was very knowledgable in regards to the car and showed me through the control etc. Couldn't fault the service 5*
Great service from CEG Automotive. My car needed taking to a specialist for restoration work, Charlie arranged for my car to be collected on the Sunday and delivered first thing Monday morning. The car is a none runner but a winch was used to safely load and unload my car. I’ve booked them in to collect my car once it’s had the work done. Great to know my car is in safe hands. 10/10 would recommend.
Great service, rung them up at 7:30pm after bring let down by another company, they were there in 45 mins to collect the car. Good price too considering the fast response!
